The Quenching Furnace Group for Alloy Treatment is a high-performance solution for the solution treatment of high-temperature alloys. This group consists of two distinct types of furnaces, each available in multiple units to accommodate varying production capacities and temperature requirements. The quenching furnaces are designed for rapid cooling, ensuring uniformity in material properties like hardness and strength.

These furnaces offer precise temperature control and excellent temperature uniformity, making them ideal for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and heavy machinery, where high-performance alloys are essential.

Our customization services allow for modifications to the furnace size, temperature control system, heating power, and other parameters to best suit your specific alloy treatment requirements. The first furnace unit, with chamber dimensions of 3.2m × 2.1m × 1.5m, operates at a maximum temperature of 1300°C, while the second unit, with chamber dimensions of 4.2m × 2.9m × 2m, reaches a maximum temperature of 1200°C, accommodating different types of alloys and production volumes.

The temperature uniformity is ≤±5°C for the first unit and ≤±10°C for the second, ensuring precise and reliable results during the solution treatment process, which is critical for achieving uniform properties in high-temperature alloys. The load capacity of the first unit is 5T, while the second unit can handle up to 10T, making the system highly adaptable to varying batch sizes.

With electric heating power of 266KW and 525KW respectively, these furnaces deliver rapid heating, energy efficiency, and high thermal performance, ensuring the treatment process is completed effectively and efficiently. The temperature control method utilizes intelligent instrumentation, PLC, and an upper computer, ensuring precise control and monitoring during the alloy treatment process.

This quenching furnace group is ideal for the solution treatment of high-temperature alloys, enhancing their mechanical properties, such as strength, toughness, and resistance to high heat and corrosion, making them suitable for use in demanding applications like aerospace, chemical, and energy industries.
