Application: Solution treatment of high-temperature alloy castings

The Quenching Furnace Group II for Alloy Treatment is a versatile, high-performance solution designed for the solution treatment of high-temperature alloy castings. This group includes two distinct furnace types, each available in multiple units, tailored to handle varying production capacities and temperature requirements. Ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, these furnaces ensure precise temperature control and uniformity, delivering optimal material properties.

With customization services, we offer tailored solutions to modify furnace size, temperature control methods, and other technical specifications to meet the unique needs of your production. The three furnace units are as follows:

  • The first unit with chamber dimensions of 2.2m × 2.1m × 1.5m, which operates at a maximum temperature of 1300°C and a load capacity of 2T.
  • The second unit, measuring 3.2m × 2.1m × 1.5m, operates at a maximum temperature of 1200°C and handles up to 5T.
  • The third unit, with chamber dimensions of 3.7m × 3.5m × 3m, also operates at a maximum temperature of 1200°C and accommodates 10T.

The temperature uniformity for the first unit is ≤±5°C, while the second and third units maintain ≤±10°C, ensuring precise and consistent treatment of the high-temperature alloys during the solution treatment process. This uniformity is essential for producing alloys with enhanced mechanical properties, including improved strength, toughness, and resistance to high heat.

The electric heating power of each furnace unit is 170KW, 250KW, and 520KW, respectively, ensuring rapid heating and energy-efficient operation. These furnaces are equipped with an advanced temperature control system, which includes intelligent instrumentation, PLC, and an upper computer for precise control and monitoring throughout the treatment process.

This quenching furnace group is ideal for the solution treatment of high-temperature alloy castings, ensuring that your materials meet the strict requirements of industries such as aerospace, automotive, and energy.
